Recurring Billing problem

I am trying to work this out on my own but so far it has not worked. I have an overdue payment for a xbox live subscription that now has enough funds to pay for it. However when I select pay now and the amount remaining becomes $0.00, it forces me to choose
a secondary payment option which I do not have because I am 15. I cannot figure this out and are looking for help.

Unfortunately overdue balances can only be paid with a credit card or Paypal.

Go into your account settings and click on 'services and subscriptions" then turn off auto renewal so you stop getting billed automatically.

I had a different email and a live subscription but can't remember it and they charging my card how can I retrieve my other account

I'm sorry about that. If it's an incoming charge and you have done the steps below to turn off the recurring billing then it should automatically expire on the expiration date.

Sign in to account.microsoft.com.

Under the section Subscriptions, select View all subscriptions, and then select Manage next to the subscription that you want to cancel.

Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing. Disabling recurring billing will grant you the benefits of your subscription for the remainder of the payment cycle without billing you again for a renewal.

Once it expires, you can just use the gift card balance to purchase a subscription.

Well, I don't know how it's a past due account when it's just coming due. I'll just close this account and figure out what I'm going to do. Thanks Ron.
