    So I was transferring files to the cloud from my Xbox 360 with no problem then I went to play an arcade game on it it failed login and wouldn’t let me sign back in. I also can’t play any Xbox 360 game online on my Xbox one or use the cloud as well. It runs Xbox one games just fine and will run the Xbox 360 game offline without cloud save. This problem has happened to me in a similar fashion before and turning off and on recurring billing fixed it but now it won’t let me turn it on. I assume because I have over a year of game pass on my account so it doesn’t give me the option until January if 2025 when it runs out. I have tried using Authenticator app and using Xbox password from there as well. It seems like the only fix possible from what I know and I can’t do it unless I cancel my subscription altogether which is quite a loss.

    If you currently have an active subscription such as Game Pass, try turning on/off recurring billing (you can then revert the changes after) as this can often help. To try this, sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ where you can manage your subscriptions and payments. Select manage > turn off recurring billing, then confirm.

    Hi,

    Do you receive any specific error code? 80151103 and 8015190A are some of the most common account/profile error codes on Xbox 360.

    If you have an active subscription such as Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass, try turning on/off recurring billing (you can always reset this after) as this usually resolves these issues. Sign in to the services and subscriptions page and select manage subscription > turn off recurring billing, then confirm any changes at the end of the page.

    My xbox 360 account can't connect to xbox live (error code 8015190A) but my Xbox One can. They Are the Same account just my 360 or any other 360 can't sign in.

    As the Subject says: I can't sign into my xbox live account on any 360 console. I have in my possession two xbox 360 consoles and have cleaned the cache on both in hopes of cleaning some file corruption, made a change to my avatar in an effort to re sync the account, and various other things found on this community section. No one seems to have quite the problem i'm having and i am a little lost.

    Microsoft doesn't seem to want to make calls available for such a problem and their website is very difficult to traverse however i have a potential lead.

    - did signing into the second xbox 360 console act as a security breach and have microsoft locked my 360 account until i can somehow verify it is me?

    - counter to that point, i have registered the console serial number to my xbox.com account.

    i mentioned the error showing up as 8015190A and have followed the instructions there several times so please understand that it doesn't help.

    I would also like to stress that it appears to be the account and not the console. The 360 can log other accounts in, just not this one. Also stressing that my xbox One works fine but that backwards compatible games give me the same issue.

    Worked for me Turn on recurring billing for your Microsoft subscription

    Go into your Microsoft account on your pc and set the recurring billing on your gamepass ultimate/gold to off then On.
