    Recurring billing did not turn off


    I turned recurring billing off for a subscription i got a month ago because I wanted to get another subscription after. But now, my recurring billing did not turn off and now I have to pay again and I dont have enough money to pay again.

    did she cancel Ultimate Game Pass or did she turn off recurring billing/auto renew?

    if she only turned off recurring billing then the subscription will continue up to the renewal date

    you can go here to disable to disable auto renewal. if that does not work go to "Services & subscriptions" while signed into your account.
