Recurring Bill for EA Access.

I am trying to turn off the Recurring Bill for my EA Access but every-time I try to turn it off it asks me if I'm sure I want to Cancel my Subscription, can anyone help me?

You can see and interact with your current subscriptions

here. I have the EA pass too and made sure it pops up under the 'Services and Subscriptions' option which appears mid-screen in green.

Failing that, you can contact the support team
here, who will be able to assist further.

hiya go on to the web site xbox.com then sign in then on top righ go to ur subscriptions you will be able to manage it there if not contact the offical support team.

They refunded my ea access like a month ago.But I forgot to turn of recurring billing

Hi, since now you have an overdue payment you will need to pay for the old subscription prior to cancel/renew your EA Access subscription... since you forgot to cancel the recurring billing and you don't want to use the EA Access you can try to ask to

Since that's a charge for a game, it's not a recurring payment. You would only have a recurring payment if you purchase a subscription for gold, game pass, EA Access.
