Bonjour j ai besoin d aide, la Xbox One de mon fils eu un beug au démarrage la seul solution étais de réinitialiser la console, ce que j ai fait sauf que je ne ai pas noté l adresse mail qu on a créé pour créer son compte du coup je ne peux pas le reconnecter
on a donc plus acces son abonnements live box et game pass. J ai chercher sur Internet mais je ne trouve pas de solution étant donné que la console étais réinitialiser il n'ya plus aucune informations concernant les comptes. Je connais seulement son gamertag.

You should also consider
contacting a live support agent. When they call you back, give them your sons gamertag and see if they have any options regarding helping you get the email to the account.

I was surprised that I had to give my MSoft login (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***), and then a recovery email, and then a different email to actually login - @gmail.com.

3 Email addresses to use it, and could not login to the MSoft device unless using a gmail address (or other non-MSoft address).
