El caso esque quiero recuperar mi Gamertag: jaimepalas que todavía está, (después de 5 años) en los perfiles de xbox, si lo buscas es el mío. Así que quiero recuperarlo¡¡¡.

Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention here on the forums. I understand you no longer have access of your Microsoft Account Primary email address is that correct? Are you able to sign in at the
Microsoft Account Site to the account you are trying to access? If not I recommend you try filling out this
Microsoft Account Recovery Form and when you gain access to the account you can switch the Microsoft Account Primary Alias from the Microsoft Account Site.

And i have opened again that account:[Mod Removed - Personal Information](I am the rightful owner) BUT, i can not recovery my old gamertag: jaimepalas.(this gamertag is off four years ago, if you like you can see it now).

can you help me?, please.
