Hola a todos. Quiero hacer publico mi situacion, no puedo recuperar mi cuenta! Después de usarla varios años no m dejan reactivarla y mi drama es que e invertido dinero en juegos de formato digital y trayectoria en los mismos. Me
parece de muy mal gusto ético de su parte a sabiendas que son una empresa de mucho poder adquisitivo para tratar así a sus clientes. Quiero mi cuenta con mis juegos para reactivar el gold lo antes posible o les voy a meter una demanda.

Bueno, primero pido disculpas por mi insolencia. Segundo informar que recupere mi cuenta y llegue a la conclusión de que me la hackearon, tengo un mail para denunciar que pusieron de respaldo y la fecha que fue en Junio el último cambio de datos de seguridad.
Gracias y espero una respuesta para denunciar este mail que usaron de respaldo el cual por cierto no me deja reemplazarlo en un de un mes , lo antes posible mejor por que mientras hago este posteo el man está mirando youtube desde una pc quien sabe donde.

If you're not able to change the security information due to it being changed by the person who hacked it, I would recommend for you to get in contact with Live support. That way they can pull up your account and further assist
you with the recovery of your account.

It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
