You will be prompted for the verification code submitted, if you do not have access to it, choose "I don't have any of these" to replace the security information.

If you still have problems, try to recover your account with the recovery format available here:

No recovery email I believe. Just a phone number I linked to the account that is no longer in service. Thanks.

I tried. I don't have that option because I can't verify the account because that's the into that's been changed.

I get a pop-up asking me to verify my security prompts and since it's this other kids info... I'm still stuck waiting 30 days.

I just don't understand how MS doesn't have a work around this. I know I'm not the only one.
