recovery of purchased online games

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to launch some games with your current account.

It appears that the games that you purchased are on another account, and you will need to recover access to this account before you are able to launch those games.

I recommend using the
Lost Account Solution wizard to attempt to recover the account on which you purchased these games in order to be able to use them, as with any digital content, you need to be signed into the account that owns these to launch them.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

You should be able to access them in the microsoft store by searching the titles. If not, you may need to contact support

Hi Eben. The best option in this case would be try recovering the account using the online recovery form.

To protect customer privacy, Microsoft can only help customers verify their account ownership through the online password recovery process.
