    Recovery of a Xbox 360 profile


    I need to recover an account on the Xbox 360. The major problems are that I don’t have the access to the email, I don’t know the email passowrd, the last password i used on the account doesn’t work, all the recovery methods don’t work, and the account
    from what I remember is only linked to the 360 profile. Is there any way to get the email switched to the email I want it to be?

    Let's try clearing your local Xbox 360 storage through your Xbox One console. Here are the steps to do that staring from your Xbox One dashboard:

    • Open up the Guide Menu
    • Scroll down to 'Settings'
    • Click 'All Settings'
    • Scroll down to 'System'
    • Scroll over to 'Storage'
    • Select 'Clear local Xbox 360 storage'
    • Select 'Yes'
    Your Xbox One will restart. At that point, you can attempt to load up your Xbox 360 game again and re-sync your Xbox Live account.

    Give that a try and let us know if it works!

    re-delete the profile! and please clear the cache on your 360 system memory and hard-drive. restart the console..

    then re-download the profile.

    yesterday there was a problem on xbox live profile recovery. now it's fixed so you're good to go. let us know if the problem persists

    Is there not an option to stop the recover? I thought you could press (B) there. Maybe try the Guide Button?
