    anyone please recovery my xbox profile, I'm using since 2011 and only on one xbox console for several years, someone hack my profile from RJ Brazil, now I need get back get the errors messages to back again.

    Please, check it, stolen my credit card to buy FIFA 2017, I never run it.

    I change my account password and register my xbox console SERIAL NUMBER, I want my profile xbox live back please.

    I do not use the my username and password on different XBOX console, please, review and back my account ASAP.

    Thanks, but that's the problem, my profile logs in, but offline only. If i try to log into xbox live online, it asks for passwords which no longer work. Password recovery and the form asking for email subjects and contacts is a joke, when I only needed the
    email address for my xbox live profile. I've just made another microsoft account, this time without an xbox live profile, just in case somehow microsoft or xbox can move my profile for me.

    I've rang them before and they just pointed me in the direction of the form and password reset pages :-(

    Account under investigation achievements question

    Not necessarily true. If the Console at any time ask for the Account to be Recovered it will Revert the Profile to the last time as it appeared while Connected with Xbox LIVE. This means, Offline Achievements since may get Deleted.

    I haven't tried a Account Recovery since the new Roaming Profile but if it does ask for an Account Recovery, prepare for some "missing" Achievements.
