Recovery is not possible?

Hey there so I bougt myself a Xbox One and since I played a lot on Xbox 360 when I was little I hoped I could log in with my old account were I have many Thropies and even bought some Games online.

I tryed to log in but it doesnt let me cause it wants to verify its me over the Autheticator app whitch was used on an old Phone back then. Since this didnt wok I tryed the other options it asks me if I want the Code per message or per call would be totally
fine but sadly this is also the number of the old Phone.....I was 14 this is over 7 Years ago.

It then sends me to the account recovery were you have to fill in as much Information as possible and the first thing you have to fill in is the mail and right under it it says: If you have two way verification on you cant recover your account like this..

So I asked Microsoft Support about this and they could help me If I had the number of my Xbox 360 (Ring of Death) from 7 Years ago like whitch boy keeps an broken Xbox or writes down the Code of it this is insane to ask..

So I recently got an Mail and I think they gave up cause they just sending me link for the account recovery were like I sayed it doesnt work when you have two ways verification on.

I have lost hope since I cant get help from Microsoft and even tryed getting the number back but no way, I have made peace with the fact that I´ll never get this Account back but just maybe there is somebody out there that can help me.

Account Email

Xbox can only provide password recovery. Not email recovery.

This is done to prevent others from attempting to gain access to people's private email information this way.

 

I cant sign in my account when I recovered it.

Account recovery is plain not working. Called support. Guy was nice. Return call expected in < 3 days. I have (*sigh*) other accounts on other xboxs that work. It has something to do with recovery. Perhaps the new cloud update that is coming?

 

The first question is this did you have two step verification turned on?

I DO NOT WANT TO KNOW WHAT IT IS but do you know what the password for your account was?

Is the only verification showing up the authenticator app or is there another option that you do have access to?
