Recovery Form denied multiple times, can’t remember most of old questions.

I have recently been locked out of my old Microsoft account which was used as a xbox as well, that was my younger daughters as well. We have been having no trouble loging on until we were locked out, we remember the password and everything but since then we cannot get in. We have tried the recovery form so many times and each time it says there is not enough Information, but the problem is that I no longer have the phone number associated to that account or even credit cards also associated to it. Remember, it’s been over 6 years since this information has been updated and I can’t remember most of the information. Is there anyway I could get help further?

The information about the cards that it's requested in the forms it's not the ones you used 6 years ago, but the ones you are currently using, here it's a guide to fill the recovery form successfully

Its important to update the account information to avoid this situation, as when someone try to get into your account for safety you will be required to do a verification of your account, and only trough the contact information and the recovery form can be done

Hi thank you so much for your reply. I understand the situation I’m in. I haven’t yet been denied I don’t think but I’m not sure as I’m still not getting an outcome email. I’ve filled in the recovery form four times in the last two days and I haven’t heard anything. If I have two step verification on my account (I can’t remember) would I get an outcome email anyway saying that the recovery can’t be done? If I knew that I’d been denied, at least I could try and find some more facts. I can’t cancel game pass without being in the account, so il be paying for something I can’t use. So annoying that Microsoft decided to sign me out and loose everything and then charge me for the privilege!

I can’t change the alias or anything cause I can’t sign in and I tried the account recovery and gave pretty good info and still got denied

I've tried the recovery form a few times. It's done nothing but inform me that I'm missing something. I have no way to currently access the email either due to Google's recovery forms doing the same thing. I'm trying to remember the password but I'm having no luck
