Recovery form access

I have done the recovery form but still unable to access the account

That Microsoft Account recovery form is to change the e-mail since you cannot access the actual account to change the e-mail on the console, the password reset form is for resetting the password. You would need to go through the Microsoft Account recovery
form using the link posted above.

Sorry to read that you are having issues with recovering your Microsoft account using the recovery form. Please be aware that this is the only method to recover your account, and support are unable to influence the decision-making process that goes into this.

You are welcome to wite into your local Microsoft Office and express your frustrations in a letter. However, this may not change their mind with the recovery process but will help them shape the customers experience when using support avenues. Please be aware that some, if not most offices, may be closed due to COVID.

Microsoft takes your privacy and account security seriously, which is why the recovery form asks for as much information as it can. You can continue submitting new forms when you think of new information related to your Microsoft account that may help prove that you are the owner of the account.

I understand that you are frustrated with the outcome and problems you have experienced with the recovery process for your account, but these forums are accessible for those who are 13 and above.

The Account Recovery form is the only way to recover an account you cannot access for whatever reason.

I'm afraid the only option is to keep trying the recovery form. You get up to 2 attempts per day. If possible, fill out the form on a device which accessed the account previously. This can increase your chances of recovery.
