    Recovery email changed


    i go through the recover my account process, after i submit my email address for the account that I'm trying to reset a password for I'm prompted with this recovery email that i have never seen before. So i select none of these and i have filled out the
    request to change password form about 5 times and have been denied every time.

    I have filled the recovery form my alternate email wasn't changed my Gmail has been recovered

    But I the password isint changing its still sends the password recovery to the hackers email

    Not able to change recovery email due to hacker cancelling the process.

    Thanks for the reply but i already reset my password through this. My problem is i am unable to change the recovery email that Hacker changed earlier. He still access my account as he got his email set as recovery email on my account.

    I don't know if it has been enabled, but I know that the email address has been changed and when I enter the changed email address in account recovery, it tells me that there are too many account recovery notifications for this account.
