Recovering xbox one x account

May I ask what happened with your account, Roy? What is the exact issue that you're experiencing?

Well on my Xbox 1, the account is there but on the Xbox series x. Do you know how to recover it?

P.S - I know the password and email for the account

delete the profile only and recover your account

check memory for caution symbol or x

those are corrupted files

then recover your account

Believe there was a glitch with one of the last updates that put the X Box One in "First Time Set Up" for some. The fix is to recover the account by entering the e-mail/password and downloading the account again.

check memory for triangle symbol and x ones

delete those files

also clear system cache

then recover your account then download
