Recovering old account?

In 2005 some time after the launch of Xbox 360, I got one after begging my parents for a time that seemed eternity. I played on my 360 until it red ringed and had to send it to Germany for the repairs in 2008. In late 2010 I got the Slim model and gave my
lil brother the console and after a year, they had broken my old concole and because I was going to have my military service soon, I gave away my 360 Slim for my little brother to enjoy again. I always had single account, Nipster117, that I made when I was
13 and got the 360. I lost that when I gave my 360 to my little brothers (the second time, since had no consoles to my name anymore) and now, I bought myself an Xbox One, 4 controllers and halo 5 and halo: master chief collection. My account was registered
to an hotmail account called "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***", but after trying to log in to it, it had been locked because of spam and suspicious activity. This email was my first ever email that I created just for this account. I can't recover it because I can't remember my
security questions from when I was a kid or any of the email activity (since I never used it that much) or the payment information (they were my moms, but also 10 years ago for a single year of xbox live.)

Is there any way I can recover my Gamertag, my Gamerscore and Achievements?

Recovering an old profile...

2 years ago my first account was stolen and I went through the profile recovery process with microsoft and they sent emails to my parents e-mail with info that said they put my parents email on the account/ how to reset it, etc. but it never worked. The
password reset was never sent to their e-mail and I didn't want to wait another 2 weeks so I gave up on it. I'd like to try and get it back now though so does anyone know how I'd go about doing that?
