Recovering my Old Account - Please Assist

This is a bit of a weird story, but here goes. Please pay close attention.

This account, , is my second xbox live account. Some time from 2007-2008 I made my first account. My freshman year in 2010, a couple of my aquaintences (kids I didn't like so much but were in my circle) decided to hack my xbox account. Now I'm
unsure how they did this, whether it was a key logger or my password was just weak, but they did, and thought we were all getting a kick out of it. They were the kind of bullies that didn't know they were bullies and thought everyone was cool with it. They
even hacked my 13 year old sisters face book and were posting obscene things for her family and friends to see.

I don't think they purchased anything with my account but they did mess with it, and made sure I would not get it back. They changed the email password and security question, at the time the only way for me to get it back. Now I could use my dads email which
is linked to the account but it was his old work email and does not exist anymore. I've tried recovering the email but I don't have enough information because it was strictly for xbox live. I believe I have money in the account and would like to recover it,
but I'd also like to play it again for nostalgic reasons.

Now here is the kicker... I would just ask the guys if they remember what they changed the password to, but they both passed away to heroin overdoses. I wish them a peaceful resting because they were both on the road to recovery and were loved by a lot of
people.

I can tell you the two gamer tags the account had, some games I purchased and played, some people from the friends list, my fathers name which would be in the credit card information, location etc. I just want my old account back. It may have been deleted
because nothing comes up when I search the name but it existed before my last check, about 6 months ago. The gamertag was StayinGreen95. If you think you can help I will give you all the info I know pertaining to the account.

This is a hard one.

A long time ago I had a Gamertag known as IsaRyHager. The profile was kept under my control, and my father and I managed the Live account for it. One day, a few years ago, he went and changed my Live account information. Since then, any time I try to log
into IsaRyHager, it would prompt me for the new password, which I am unable to get from my father. (This has been a few years ago, we no longer communicate.) I have made a new account , and sat patiently. I never asked or posted anywhere because
I figured the account was doomed. Is there any way I can detach the gamertag IsaRyHager, and link it to a new account? I can most likely confirm any sort of questions and security information, assuming I'm contacted
back; I know that you won't give a random person someone else' account because of some sap story. The gamertag has been inactive for about two years now, and I would really like to get it back. Please contact me directly on the post, or email me at "[Mod removed]"

Do you remember the credit/debit card you use to add points on your old account? If you do that should be enough info need to phone up xbox billing and support to get the account password chaged

 

No I do not, it was one of many of my dad's credit cards from 8 years ago. It asks for it in the email recovery form so if I knew I would have my account my now.

 

You should have xbox account and billing support a call and see if you can give them what info you have and they may be able to assist you more in this matter.
