    This is upsetting i was in on my Xbox account, and my store purchasing a game store glitches on my Xbox I was patient but yesterday I was reading Xbox support and there was a console reset for me (wasn't a factory reset ) so it's not supposed to delete anything. My profile was gone, and they tried to send me a code on my old phone that is disconnected I can't log in anymore. i been trying to log i been blocked completely.

    Greetings, ColossalChain60. Can you describe your situation in a little more detail for us? If you are attempting to redownload your profile onto your console, can you try redownloading it onto a flash drive as opposed to your hard drive? Give it a shot

    I understand that you can now disable it through xbox.com but where was this option months ago? If I had this option back then then I would never be in this predicament.

    Hello. Please make note that this is the windows phone live support section! So you may not have much luck posting this question here

    That said try clearing out your system cache

    as well as going to your hardrive and making sure your profile is deleted from the harddrive. Then try to recover again.
