Recovering Long Lost Account

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help with this, as it's been a problem I have been trying to find a solution to for almost six years and it seems like I can never find the right help.

My Gamertag since the original launch of XBOX Live in 2002 is blocked and I can't find a way to access it.

This is a long story so I hope whoever is trying to help will read it through. The Gamertag in question is Maximus03. Like I said I've had this account since 2002 and used it as my primary account for XBOX and a good amount of time for XBOX 360 before I
lost access to it for about two months. I then created an alternate account which I've used to this day. After about two months I got access back to Maximus03 and used it as a secondary account on XBOX 360 and XBOX One.

About 4 years ago when attempting to login to Maximus03 on XBOX One I got a notification to verify my account using the email address tied to the GamerTag. The problem with that is the email address was an @comcast.net account, and when we closed our comcast
contract I lost access to the email address and Comcast effectively locked it down. So sending an email wouldn't work. I attempted to find other ways to do the verification however it all revolved around the e-mail address and I gave up.

Every few months since then I attempt to use the account recovery tools on xbox.com. I enter the email I know its tied to and try to answer whatever questions I can. However it all revolves around me providing email subject lines, old passwords that I stopped
using in about 2014, and credit card numbers that have long expired and changed.

This Gamertag means something to me. I've had it for 17 years. I know the email it's tied to and the address and zipcode. I understand that the recovery page is what you guys have, but I have an extremely unique situation here with this account. Any information
your site asks for is completely beyond my reach. I really would like some help, any help, any at all to get this account back into my possession. I don't want it lost to the ether. Can anyone please help me? Please work with me? I can discuss further and
provide any details I have access to.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a chat
with support:

· Step 1 ----select Xbox One

· Step 2 ----select see other options then recover my account

· Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select chat with support

I know that this isn't an answer, but is all we can do. Sorry for your trouble and I wish you luck.

If you remember the email and password for the account, you should just be able to download the profile to the 360. If you don't remember the login details, you will need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
support.xbox.com/contact-us

Gold is tied to your account. So as long as you sign into the One using the same account that has gold, you will have gold on the One.

is necessary to enter as much correct information as possible for better chances in recovering the account.

The final step in recovering the account is going through the Account recovery form so you would need to fill this in correctly in order to recover the account.
