Recovering game data after factory reset

Thank you :3 I was able to recover all of my games through the App Store and my game data was recovered

Without going through Ready to Install, you'd have to just look up the games in the store and redownload.

To find Ready to Install, make sure when you go to Games and Apps go to Full Library and then under games you should be able to filter by ready to install.

If you don't mind, could you check if these games are showing on your account's order history? As a rule of thumb, all games purchased through the Microsoft Store, redeemed with a code, or claimed from a console bundle should be displayed there, regardless of the date they were acquired on.

Please make sure to select "Digital" and "All available" from the two drop-down menus at the top section of your order history.

* If these games are not on your account's order history, they may have been purchased using a different account. I'd suggest checking all the accounts that were on your console before the factory reset to determine which one was used to acquire these games.

To clarify, when you say you can't find your game progress anywhere, do you mean in the Demo?

No, you will not lose as long as you have a back up or you have them sync with the cloud.

While you’re connected to the Xbox network, saved games are automatically stored in the cloud. If you use your Xbox profile to sign in to a different Xbox console, your saves are available from that console.
