Recovering e-mail address

If your daughter is currently signed into her Xbox 360 console, you can navigate to Account Settings on the Xbox 360 dashboard, proceed to select Account Management, scroll to the right to select Account Security, and then from there you will
see the email under "Current Microsoft Account". Keep in mind that if you're unable to get onto her account on the Xbox 360 console, the next step is to reach out to our phone support team through the link I provided above.

Sadly, there is no way to verify what codes were sent to what e-mail address, so you are basically out of luck unless your e-mail account lets you recover deleted e-mails. I know Hotmail/outlook is one that will do that.

You have to enter the e-mail address of the account you want to recover and follow the instructions and requests on the form.

That e-mail address has previously been reported (on the web and in these very forums) as linked to unauthorized account access. The individual compromises your account and has that e-mail address added as an alternate e-mail address OR according to other
accounts that individual has that e-mail address added to your account (by unknown means) and uses it to reset the pwd on your WLID. If you do not notice, they can compromise your account again even if you recover it via other means.

I have reported that same e-mail address to Microsoft.

Open your UA, sit and wait for them to refund your money. If you have a credit card attached to your subscription, consider reporting unauthorized charges to your credit card provider and change the account number.

Well if you know the e-mail address and password associated with the account you could just recover it, that would remove the pass code.
