Recovering an Xbox Account

Hey all, I know this is a long shot due to a long list of factors, but, I've finally worked up the will to attempt this (this might be a bit of an emotional rant, please forgive me for it). I am 17 years old and my first gaming experience was on the original
xbox when I was 5, and I grew up to the ever-evolving evolution of Microsoft's gaming experience. The reason for this post is due to an atypical situation that I was thrown into. My uncle had the account I'm trying to recover under his email since it's creation.
The gamertag is Ninebalthazaar and it's been around since Xbox Live was a thing, I think it had just recently reached the 12th consecutive year of Gold. As I grew, and he got old and tired of gaming, I took over his account. It was kind of a silly legacy type
thing we had going on, he wanted his account to be active forever, I guess. I've used this handle for about 8 years now. On September 1st of 2017 I was in a car accident, I had been living with my uncle for almost a year at the time. Unfortunately, my uncle
lost his life in this event, and it's been a bit of a rollercoaster for me ever since. After recovering physically, and a little emotionally, I was able to move his Steam account under my personal email thanks to the leniency of the Steam support, but I just
recently got back on the old Xbox One. As it turns out, the auto-login was disabled due to the change of IP, I guess. (I moved back home with my parents.) There's years of video games, memories, and honestly, sentiment in this account. I really can't tell
you how desperate I am to reclaim this account, hell, the username would do. I'd really appreciate any information I can get on how/if this is possible in any way. Thank you for your time, I'm willing to give out more info if needed, but it's probably going
to be limited to an extent.

If none of the steps are an option to last resort is contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) to see if they can help you get access back to the account.

Have as much information about that account, payment options, payment details etc available, it might help.
