    i used to have an old account on Xbox 360 but unfortunately ended up selling it, i recently got a new Xbox and when i tried to signing into my account on the Microsoft website, it had all the same details but was a different account as it did not have
    any of my old games, achievements or friends on it. I can still remember my old gamer tag and have found the account while searching for it through the friends tab. is there anyway i am able to recover this account?
