    Recovering an old NOT live account


    I got my Xbox One a little later, so up until very recently, I played on my 360. I had two accounts on my 360, and I only used my Live Account very early, and then switched to my other account to play solo, full time. The problem is two-fold. One I don't
    remember my non-live account needing an email. I think I literally just made a new profile. I know my account name, if the Xbox One, would just let me somehow sign in with my account name, there would be no issue. I've tried signing in with multiple, email
    addresses I've had over the years.

    How do I get my 360 Account, on my Xbox One?

    Call 1-800 4MY-XBOX they will assist you the best they can to resolve the issue and get it recovered

    Try contacting phone support. If you can provide the gamertag, they can look it up. You have to, of course, prove it is your account by passing security questions. If you can verify, they can provide the email and help you try and reset the password.

    Recovering an old NOT live account

    If it was a strictly offline account, there would not be a way to recover it without converting it to a Live account first. You would need to do so from a 360 console while you're using that profile.
