Recovering an old Minecraft world

Hello I used to play a lot of Minecraft back in the day. Ive been wanting to play on my old world but it doesn't seem to be loading properly. I can see the old realm when I look at subscriptions but when I load it it is the wrong world. (if this helps this used to be a Xbox one world before transferring it to the bedrock version). Dose anyone know how to get my old world back?
