    I have a gamertag ROOTA_247 on Xbox one or it might of been changed by then as I don't know if my account got hacked as I don't know the email address or password as its been a few years. I played mostly titanfall and brought a preorder for titanfall 2 something
    might be on the database. I stopped playing about 2 years ago as I had to sell my Xbox for rent. I really want my account back as I have a new Xbox one and I want to play the same game with that account. Can you please help me.

    Call 1-800 4MY-XBOX they will assist you the best they can to resolve the issue and get it recovered

    Try contacting phone support. If you can provide the gamertag, they can look it up. You have to, of course, prove it is your account by passing security questions. If you can verify, they can provide the email and help you try and reset the password.

    Do you by any chance remember your main e-mail address from when you set it up? I would guess that is probably your Live ID, maybe check through all of your e-mails to see if you have any from Xbox Live saved in there somewhere.
