    Okay so here is the deal. When I first got my Xbox I used an outlook account that I have forgotten the password to. I made the account years ago and i just want to be able to get into is because I am unable to do anything on my Xbox account like for example
    i recently bought a vbucks card for fortnight but you see to upload the vbucks I need to be able to get into my account. I have tried recovering the account by submitting the form but it denies my request every time. I am starting to worry I might have to
    switch my accounts. I hope I don't because i have spent lots of money and have earned lots of achievements on this account. Is the anyway a Microsoft worker could login or look at the account history. I just desperately need my account back.

    The account information is 100% your responsibility. When you pay for a service, you want to make sure you have all your info, right? Xbox Live support cannot help because this is a Microsoft Account issue - it's not Xbox Live's fault you forgot your email.
    Best I can say I to try the password reset at
    https://account.live.com     with any emails you can think of - eventually, you'll find the right one.

    It's best for a situation like this if you reach out to the Microsoft Account Team to see if they can assist with correcting the spelling error on your e-mail. Unfortunately, this wouldn't be something that a forum support agent would be able to do for you.

    Your best bet is to contact Xbox support, either via the phone number or the support chat/email options. Without the old email or password, it can be difficult, so you'll probably need other identifying information like the name on the account, birthdate,
    anything else you may have entered there. The US phone number is 1-800-4MY-XBOX.
