    Recovering a download code message (was told to come here)


    I had pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 back in April and I got sent a download code for Dark Souls 1 on Xbox One, but I had forgotten to write the code down, so the message expired. I chatted with support last night and afterwards, they sent me an e-mail telling
    me to come here and make a thread. They informed me that an ambassador would get back to me within 24-48hrs. Hope I'm posting in the right area.

    Limbo code deleted

    My message that held my Limbo download code was auto-deleted from my inbox and I can't retrieve it now. I was told to come here to get it back. Can I get any help with this?
