    So my mother had used her email to buy me minecraft years ago, and i recently wanted to log in again (note, i had already migrated it to microsoft last year) The username is Shorty122006 i have screenshots of being on the account but i tried to use her email to log in and it had said it was connected to mine, so i was confused, i then pressed get new to see if i reset it and made an account with the same email it would transfer the product back but it did not. So im wondering if i could please have access to my Shorty122006(chickenmuderer) account. Please i dont have have the money to buy the new thing or i juist would.

    The account information is 100% your responsibility. When you pay for a service, you want to make sure you have all your info, right? Xbox Live support cannot help because this is a Microsoft Account issue - it's not Xbox Live's fault you forgot your email.
    Best I can say I to try the password reset at
    https://account.live.com     with any emails you can think of - eventually, you'll find the right one.

    It's best for a situation like this if you reach out to the Microsoft Account Team to see if they can assist with correcting the spelling error on your e-mail. Unfortunately, this wouldn't be something that a forum support agent would be able to do for you.
