    Live Account over 360 and Xbox One

    At the moment if you go to a mates house you can recover your gamertag on their 360, then when you get home you need to recover your gamertag back to your console (unless you use a USB Stick).

    I am wondering how it will work with the xboxone? As I dont want to keep recovering my Gamertag everytime I move from my 360 to the xbox one and back again. Will it let you have your account on both machines at the sametime?

    recovering

    Hello,

    Please push the middle button on your Xbox 360 controller and go to Download Profile. If you don't see the Download Profile button, then push the X button on your controller to sign out of the current profile and you should then see the Download Profile button.

    You will need to enter in the e-mail and password used to sign into Xbox.com and it will start to download your profile onto the console.

    With the console you created your account, 'recover' your sons account that is on it dont just sign in to it then 'recover' the other two, then go to there consoles 'recover' individual accounts

    When you recover your gamertag the tag is bound to the memory unit and console ID you recovered it to. So if you recovered your gtag then their copy of it is not valid to sign in with.
