    Recover XBOX account


    My son locked his account up and we tried the recovery process. Every time we get a response saying the request was denied to recover it. It recommends setting up a new account. However if I do this, doesn't he lose all his stats, games downloaded, fortnite
    achievements, etc.?

    I spoke with support 4 times and that is a joke.

    Are you able to recover this account to any other Xbox? Are you able to recover other accounts to your Xbox?

    NOTICE the current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live.

    The profile may not have Xbox LIVE or the membership needs to be renewed. Also if the account may have been recovered onto a different Xbox, you need to recover it back to yours. I had the same problem with my account after recovering my account onto my
    friend's Xbox then forgot to recover it back onto mine and was wondering what was wrong. Fixed it by recovering it back onto mine. Hope this helps with your issue.

    you need to recover the account to the master account's console to be added

    then he can recover it back to his console if it is a xbox live account



    if it is not a live account it has to be promoted to a live account by joining xbox live

    Hello again, the point is, your email account and your Xbox account are one, they are the same thing.

    So if you want to recover your Xbox account, you'll need to recover your account email.
