Recover Usernames

Hello,

So I'm trying to retrieve my smurf accounts that i had before my xbox bricked itself. I know these accounts are possibly connected to my email but when i try to recover the emails it only gives me two letters

Example *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

How do i recover my emails?

Are you saying that you're not sure which email address your accounts are tied to?

It only shows 2 letters so its harder dor people to guess accounts

If you are not sure what the email is that is associated with a certain gamertag you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and requesting to talk to a support agent and give them your gamertag. They will then try and verify ownership
of the account with you and if they can verify ownership they would be able to give you the email address associated with the account.

I do know which one's they're tied to but i cannot recover those emails since i only get 2 letters to work with

If you are trying to recover the account but do not have access to the security proofs from the account, you can use the recovery form:

https://account.live.com/acsr

Just a heads up that recovering an account email needs to have access to the security proofs that the email has because without access to those information, it will be difficult to recover the username.
