    Hello, are you trying to re download Minecraft:Windows 10 after already buying or redeeming a code for it in the past?

    If so you should just need to log into the windows 10 store with the xbox/microsoft profile it is associated with (the one you originally redeemed or bought through) and you should have the option to download it again.

    My recommendation is to reach out to Minecraft support here. They will be able to see what account the code might be on. They would also be able to get the issue with it not showing up on the same account as the Java edition taken care of.

    Once you're on that site, scroll to the bottom and click Report a Concern. Then fill out the form and they will be able to contact you soon to help out.
