Hello, my girlfriend won an "xbox one x" and I would like to know how to recover the points, I tried to make my xbox, but I could not. The invoice is dated August 7, 2018, thus being valid of the promotion,
note issued by own microsoft.

I recently installed Microsoft rewards on my Xbox one x and found you can earn 50,000 points for buying an Xbox one x. However I already own one. Anyone know if I can still earn the points since I have an Xbox one x?

You can trying contacting Microsoft Rewards customer support but in order to qualify the console has to be purchased
from Microsoft.

With the same account has what you use for the Rewards program. Winning a console would not count as a purchase.

support. Generally in order to qualify, the purchase has to be made during the offer period.

Just to point out, I see some people making the mistake of referring to the new Xbox Series X. This question is specifically for the Xbox One X, not the new console. I have no intention of buying the new Xbox Series X.
