    HI,

    My son overwrote his Lego Marvel Superheroes games this morning, as it's cloud saved I was hoping there was a way to get backup restored. Any advice on who I need to speak to?

    Sorry, but no. If the game save was overwritten or deleted there is no way to recover it.

    If a cloud save has been overwritten, then there is no way to get that save back.

    Try Settings. Select All settings. Select System and then select Storage. Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage. Select Yes and restart the console. (This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.)
