Recover old data: Halo MCC

I played in 2019 on release, and got very high ranked with all armour for Reach unlocked. Now when I sign in, I can't access any of this and it asks me to choose a new gamer tag for my email address I used. I already had a gamertag and username.

These were taken on december 2019, as you can see. How do I get this stuff back, if possible?

Basically it seems like my previous data, associated with my microsoft email that I used for when I played in 2019, has been erased.

Wait until Halo 5 comes out, then re-examine this notion. Halo MCC in essence, is just a bunch of old Halo games made playable on XO.

I have this same issue too, and it's preventing me from deleting my old Halo MCC captures, which is frustrating!

For me the halo mcc, oblivion, and fallour 3 and new vegas while they were on. So much fun revisiting old memories like these awesome games.
