Recover offline cloud save

You can't save offline to the cloud. That doesn't make any sense. (Cloud = online.)

So your game presumably only saved locally (to the hard drive) and that save was probably deleted when you reset the console. (Not sure if there is a setting for keeping/deleting save games, since I've never done that.)

As for storage settings, it doesn't show you the cloud. That's normal. The only way to look at your cloud saves is by selecting the game, pressing the Menu button and going to "Manage game."

Then it seems that save is saved to the cloud for some reason. Were you playing offline for a while? This would cause the lapse in save data. Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the cloud save once it is overwritten.

If your son played Offline then you can recover your save from the Cloud but just logging in online and the game will sync your saved data, if not, i'm sorry but it won't be possible

If your worlds have been deleted directly from the game, then there is no way to recover those saves. Minecraft worlds are saved via the cloud when played online or are stored locally when played offline, then synced back to the cloud when played online again.

Is it possible the level 69 character was obtained while playing offline? The character you got now the level 58 is the most recent save that was in the cloud. You are safe to play from that save. As for recovering the other, usually when a cloud save is
showing in this case level 58 that is the only one available.
