Recover my profile

Good afternoon, yesterday I deleted my profile by mistake and I could not recover it. How do I get it back?

If you removed your account from your Xbox console, then just click on sign in to add your account back to the console. If you deleted your Microsoft account used to play on Xbox then I'm sure there is a way to recover it. Some services will restore the
account if you just sign back in before a certain time period.

if i delete my account from his xbox will it also be deleted from mine?

No.

Your account should require your Windows Live ID password for access. If you for some reason set your profile at his house to save your password, change your Windows Live ID password and it will stop working at his house.

Get into contact with the Microsoft support team to attempt and recover it, shouldn't be too hard.
