    I’m trying to access my old Xbox account from around 5 years ago and I’ve finally found the email and password but now that I log in it says the email I signed in with it says that the sign in is blocked. So then when I try to reset the password I had 2fa activated and only can access one of the emails and cannot access the phone number. The reason for this is because the email has been deactivated and then the phone number just cannot be accessed. Does anyone know if there is anything I could possibly do just from the fact that I can access one of the emails. Please someone try to help me this account was my whole childhood.

    Greetings, ColossalChain60. Can you describe your situation in a little more detail for us? If you are attempting to redownload your profile onto your console, can you try redownloading it onto a flash drive as opposed to your hard drive? Give it a shot

    I understand that you can now disable it through xbox.com but where was this option months ago? If I had this option back then then I would never be in this predicament.

    Hello. Please make note that this is the windows phone live support section! So you may not have much luck posting this question here

    That said try clearing out your system cache

    as well as going to your hardrive and making sure your profile is deleted from the harddrive. Then try to recover again.
