xbox does not allow me to access my account for security reasons, I visit microsoft and follow the steps but it does not work, it tells me that it is not possible to access

Live Account over 360 and Xbox One

At the moment if you go to a mates house you can recover your gamertag on their 360, then when you get home you need to recover your gamertag back to your console (unless you use a USB Stick).

I am wondering how it will work with the xboxone? As I dont want to keep recovering my Gamertag everytime I move from my 360 to the xbox one and back again. Will it let you have your account on both machines at the sametime?

Obviously, you move your gamertag from your 360 to your friends 360 often. This is one thing you should NEVER use the "Recover Gamertag" feature for. This can corrupt your gamertag.



What you should do instead is move your gamertag onto a USB stick, and take that to your friends house. This has various advantages over recovering your gamertag:

• It's much quicker. Instead of waiting for the gamertag recovery, you just plug the USB into the 360, and you can play straight away.
  

• It's more reliable. It's much less likely to be corrupted due to network problems, or other issues.
  

• It's more secure. I'm sure your friend is trustworthy, but unless you delete your gamertag from your friends Xbox before you leave his house, he has full access to your account until you recover it again on your Xbox. During
  that time he can do whatever he likes to it, including something that can get YOU (not him) banned from Xbox Live.

I know that account security is a serious matter, and a certain amount of verifiable information may be necessary to recover the account. I believe this recovery process will allow you to try a couple times per day to submit enough information to verify
