    I know mixer no longer supports or does streaming but I was looking for access to my mixer profile's about me/description. Even if it was just a copy and paste in an email. I can not seem to find the right person to contact at Microsoft.

    Do we have to use Mixer on the Xbox itself for it to count? Because if that's the case, it's not specified in the description.
    The description does state you have to use the Mixer app on the console. - Jump in mid-stream! Get started
    by using the Mixer app on your Xbox for at least 30 minutes per week for four weeks straight.

    From the description of the problem i would suggest you do clear your cache / recover your gamertag(you have to delete it from the console and than you recover it in the profile menu)

    Think for this you must check your Mixer Profile and Contact Mixer.
