    I tried signing into my xbox account and they asked to verify that its me but they need to send me a code but i have a new number and cant receive the code i need so i went online and it told me to fill out the recover your account form i’ve done it 6
    time in the past 3 days as you can only do it twice a day i have tried multiple different answers tried to be as accurate as i can different credit cards i’ve used on my xbox and it keeps denying me i’ve called microsoft support multiple times and they’re
    no help its starting to become very frustrating and annoying and stupid at this point that i cant even have access to my own account i’ve had for years. Someone please help me on what to do to recover my account.

    As mentioned above, I'm afraid account recovery won't be possible. You may want to create a new account at this point.

    If the hacker have not changed the security information on the account (phone, alternative email address, etc) you can try to follow the steps below to reset the account password:

    If the above does not work, your only chance is by filling the recovery form again. Try reviewing the information you submitted and double check if any is wrong. Unfortunately it is the only option available - if two factor authentication is not enabled on the account. If the hacker also enabled two factor authentication on your account, unfortunately it will be impossible to recover it.

    No Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts. They only instruct you on how to fill the recovery form or reset the account password if the hacker did not take full control of the account. If you talk to a Microsoft support advocate, he/she will tell you the same thing. They are not allowed and have no access to change anything on a user account. I hope you understand.
