Recover Gmail alias

So I switched to my outlook alias and made it my primary a few months ago. I'm trying to recover my Gmail alias because I'm not getting my Xbox content. I tried to remake it but it says my Gmail already exist, but it doesn't show up with my other alias and it says i only have one on file. Is the a way to recover it?

As this alias is a gmail account you need to contact Google for this specific problem

The account is a gmail so would I be able to set that gmail as my other account’s alias?

If a Microsoft Account has an alias from a outside email provider (e.g. Gmail), and you remove that alias, it won't close the outside account that hosts that email address.

For example, my Microsoft Account has an @gmail.com currently configured as an alias. If I remove that alias, I'll still be able to access my Gmail via Gmail, using my Google Account while I continue to access my @outlook.com addresses via Outlook.com using my Microsoft Account.

Mind you, this is just general advice. If your mum has been using her Microsoft Account and Outlook.com to sync all her mail from Gmail she may not be familiar with Gmail's interfaces (and may not even have all the mail in her Gmail inbox anymore if it was sync'd to Outlook.com and deleted). You should also make sure your mum doesn't use the Microsoft Account to access any other services.

Do you get a specific error message when trying to use your gmail account? Also, is it possible that the Gmail account you're trying to use is already associated with a different Microsoft account? (An email address that is already an alias for an account
can't be used as an alias for an additional account.)

t should let you add an alias if your email was already verified, if not, it will ask you to verify the email address that's currently listed first.

Once you add your alias, if its a 3rd party email (gmail, yahoo, etc) then click verify.

When I add the alias email I want to, it says that the alias email is already in use. My alias email is gmail and is already a live account (I use it for my Windows Phone and for OneDrive). I'm stucked, once again
