Recover file/player on Xbox One

It's against forum policy to make multiple posts of the same issue. I would suggest picking one and deleting the others.

Thanks for your reply. We don’t see these prompts on the gaming console. Do we need to log on somewhere else to access settings, like an icloud account?

Thanks for your quick reply. Do you have an Xbox? These options are not in my Xbox console settings.

I've been able to do this previously by going to (Settings) > Application Data Management > Saved Data in Online Storage > "Download to System Storage" and then press X button.

Select NBA 2K20. Download all files that start with "MyCareer".

Hello if player was deleted and it give you no option to recover from a saved file, its no way to get player back sorry
