Recover erased account

    I accidentally erased an account and I tried to retrieve it but it only gave me 2 letters how can I get the rest of the letters of my account

    After a hard reset how do I recover an account

    I hard reset my Xbox and now one of the kids can't recover her account. I have also now put on gold. I didn't realize that the profiles would be erased.

    Erase Email (Microsoft Account) or forgot Email (Microsoft Account) and GT linked ?

    Do you use Xbox One or Xbox 360 ?

    Letters ? Do you mean that lost emails received and want to recover it ?

    If you are referring to the pass code that protects the Parental Controls then recovering your account will not erase that. You could try talking to your parents if you want them changed.

    It's possible they haven't been. Did you sign onto LIVE from another console? If not, you can sign in to LIVE from your friend's console, or move the profile to your console using a USB Flash Drive, then sign into LIVE from there. If however you did sign
    in to LIVE from a different console than your friend's after earning the achievements, then I'm afraid the achievements are lost. Since the record of earning them would be gone, you would need to earn them again. Hope this helps!
