    On the dashboard go to System>Accounts>Download History to redownload the game.

    Sorry but there is no way to recover a redeem code. Have you tried contacting the website to explain the issue to them?

    Unfortunately the codes are one time use and cannot be recovered. Codes are not given via the forums.
