Recover an Minecraft Xbox World corrupted by MCPE-159285

Hello, my minecraft world on xbox was corrupted because i died too far from spawnpoint(over 30000 blocks(i was looking for a cactus for an achievement lol)) and returned to title screen, as i have searched, its the bug MCPE-159285, is there a way to recover my world broken by that bug? or at least backup a new world on a pendrive so it doesnt happen next time?

I'm sorry to be facing this problem, however, for your convenience, as this is a bug, I recommend that you follow the updates in the link below, if you want, export your world and attach it there for investigation:

I'm a user just like you. When it comes to a bug, there is not much you can do since there is no workaround. Let's wait and hope that this problem is resolved as soon as possible.

Access Application Data\.minecraft\saves. ...

Make a copy of the corrupted world folder & all files & folders inside, and rename it however you please. ...
Start Minecraft and create a new world, then save and close Minecraft. ...
Go back to Application Data\. ...
Cut the files (but not the folders) from the new saved world folder.

if it's a minecraft world there are only two places for this world to be saved, loca, ie on xbox or pc, and in the cloud, if the corrupted world is already in the cloud there's no way to recover it.

So somehow overnight it fixed itself enough to allow me to resign in with my gamertag and my settings seem to re-synced. However, I tried to pop onto my Minecraft world first and it corrupted the save data of a world. I'm trying to recover it now- but as for the xbox issue, I don't know how, but it's more or less resolved after three system resets and clearing all my accounts which seems to have corrupted save data. I'm worried that it will have corrupted more than a little Minecraft world, will return with an update later.
