Recover an account to my xbox

The profile may not have Xbox LIVE or the membership needs to be renewed. Also if the account may have been recovered onto a different Xbox, you need to recover it back to yours. I had the same problem with my account after recovering my account onto my
friend's Xbox then forgot to recover it back onto mine and was wondering what was wrong. Fixed it by recovering it back onto mine. Hope this helps with your issue.

Ahh ok, so we would need to go onto my console, recover the accounts, then buy the family, then recover the accounts on their xbox?

Try recovering your account, it usually gets rid of ALL passwords except the account email password, I forgot my pass to sign into my account on my xbox so i recovered the account and the pass disapeared.

I remember my email but the problem is that my email account was blocked for attempted robbery and I couldn't recover, so any attempt to recover the pasword form my account on XBOX was useless

Greetings, ColossalChain60. Can you describe your situation in a little more detail for us? If you are attempting to redownload your profile onto your console, can you try redownloading it onto a flash drive as opposed to your hard drive? Give it a shot
