    Someone please tell me we can speak to someone who can help us out. What good is customer support if they can't help. I need 2 recover an account that my wife had set up for me a few months ago. Well my wife is going thru a really rough time, with memory
    loss. Doctors still checking to see what all going on well I had to sell my first xbox one s to pay 4 doctor bills and I didn't get the email address associated with the account. Family members tried to look it up but it don't show, and my wife feels really
    bad and don't want to put more pressure on her to remember please some one from xboxlive or Microsoft help. I still have months left with xboxlive Gold and have my games n all all I need is just the email address associated with my gamer tag name DaddyRabbitw7
    I can even provide the serial number to old xbox one s from there I can get into the email address and reset my password. This is another account I set up but no gold membership don't have the cash at the moment .

    Please help

    Call MS tech support and see of they have a backup they can recover from their cloud. But, you should have used a guest account to begin with.

    You will need to contact support. If you can prove to them that the account belongs to you then they can assist you with regaining access to it.

    The account information is 100% your responsibility. When you pay for a service, you want to make sure you have all your info, right? Xbox Live support cannot help because this is a Microsoft Account issue - it's not Xbox Live's fault you forgot your email.
    Best I can say I to try the password reset at
    https://account.live.com     with any emails you can think of - eventually, you'll find the right one.

    It's best for a situation like this if you reach out to the Microsoft Account Team to see if they can assist with correcting the spelling error on your e-mail. Unfortunately, this wouldn't be something that a forum support agent would be able to do for you.

    Your best bet is to contact Xbox support, either via the phone number or the support chat/email options. Without the old email or password, it can be difficult, so you'll probably need other identifying information like the name on the account, birthdate,
    anything else you may have entered there. The US phone number is 1-800-4MY-XBOX.
